It was only a matter of time before the Western coast would be complete with a rally planned in Portland, Oregon by Dennis Morley and company. Based upon a Dog theme, the graphics were visually stunning as was the scenery - a jaunt down the Columbia gorge and a chilling class four rafting ride on the Salmon River on Sunday.
