2007 ushered in a new planning member, Jeff Knight, Aka RLG,  or Rebecca for short, teamed with Ray and Rick to produce a visionary and technically savvy rally which was one the first non-linear rallies. Teams were given the same set of property cards in sealed envelopes which then sent them to various locations to earn the value of the property. If you had chosen Baltic the points were low, if it was Boardwalk the points were high. To earn the points, the teams had to key in numbers found at the clue site into their cell phones when they called the planners' hotline.  If the numbers were correct, the phone would ring back with a victory tune. Much of the success depended on the properties drawn which could be anywhere in Travis County, as well as locating the number and getting to the destination by a certain deadline. Points, properties, and time were critical. The party venue itself rivaled any previous rally accommodations by the sheer number of comfortable cabins, swimming pools and hot tubs.

Importantly the arrival deadline (7:00 p.m.) kept obstinate stragglers from getting lost in the dark until all hours of the night.
