In 2004, the Wolf brothers, Dave, Steve, and Wayne teamed up with their partners, along with Steve Street, to produce a race involving the folklore of  Texas outlaws. The "Wild West" contest started at Dave's home in Travis Heights, Austin, and required teams to make their way to Lake Buchanon, Texas. We wended our way from Austin boutiques to the "Y" in the 71 and 290 Freeways. Barbecue joints, antique stores, and wineries were among the hiding places.  During the weekend we ate catered Mexican food, reveled at the stars, and watched Wayne spin around our boat on a jet ski on a beautiful lake.
